Get out! Get out! Get out!

Okay, Gracie. Today is your due date. It's time to come out. Mommy's not messing around anymore. She's uncomfortable and impatient and really, really, REALLY wants to see what you look like.

Plus, if you don't come out on your own, the doctor says she's going to induce me tomorrow because you are getting pretty big and I am a fairly small woman. And from what I hear, that can make the whole process a lot more painful, and I think that is something that we both want to avoid.

So, how 'bout it? Why don't you come out on your own today? PLEASE???

Love, Mommy

Oh, tomorrow is today for me, so good luck to you!

I had an inducement, didn't hurt any worse than my regular delivery.

Don't worry and remember to breathe!

I had a huge baby and it started with being induced then proceeded to a c-section because he was just waaaaaayyy too big to even think of getting past my pelvis. Who would have thought that my "Birthing Hips" were not going to cut it for an 11 lb baby?

Good luck - inducing is fine as long as it's the gel and it usually progresses pretty easily. I was induced at 9:00 a.m. and didn't give birth until 10:00 p.m. that night.

I can't wait to see pictures of the little princess!

Take care and, yes, BREATHE!
